WHAT
The Stay Sharp Program was founded with the objective of reducing a persons relative risk of developing dementia related diseases through the improvement of overall physical and cognitive health. The major point of difference being the focus on eccentric exercise, explained in the above video.

2 hours once a week for 8 weeks per program.
